This website is operated by LongCrete, which does business as Pool Lifters. We provide swimming pool lifting and concrete lifting services using polyurethane foam in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Information we collect

When you use the quote request form, we collect the information you type into it:

• Your name.
• Your phone number, email address, or both.
• The city and ZIP code of the project, and its street address if you provide it.
• The service you need and a description of your project.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as bank or card numbers, passwords or government identification numbers.

Browsing this website does not require you to create an account or share personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical records, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.

If you call or email us, we keep the information you give us so we can respond.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, discuss your project, arrange a visit if you ask for one, and keep records of those conversations. We do not use it to send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How form submissions are received and stored

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores quote requests on our behalf. Each request is emailed to estimate@longcrete.com.

We keep quote requests that do not become a job for 12 months after we receive them, then delete them. Requests that become a job are kept with the customer’s job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and record-keeping purposes, then deleted.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Netlify, which hosts this website and receives quote requests for us, and when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at estimate@longcrete.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond.

Children

This website is intended for adults who own pools or concrete surfaces. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including a secure HTTPS connection. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
